Today my parents joined a workers union. This is a group of people that help the sick and injured workers. We didn’t go to work today because we were protesting the working conditions of the factory that we all worked at and we also protested the low pay. It was really sad though because soon they brought in the police and things turned very bad. In the factory everyone is getting very sick. With everyone working in such close quarters I guess the germs spread really fast. Many kids and adults too have to lose their job because they are too sick to do it. Its really cold to, which I why everyone is getting so sick. I we had some better conditions to work in then maybe everyone wouldn’t get so sick.
